Leadership Profile
The
Leadership Profile is designed to give you an insight into your profile as a Leader against five key competency aspects which determine the ability of a leader to lead in different contexts.
You are invited to complete a Leadership skills, attributes and knowledge (SAKs) questionnaire. This is designed to identify your personal strengths (and areas where you might need development) against a range of competencies, which have been found to be key to being an effective leader.

Please answer the questions in the light of your experience at work. Do not spend too much time on each question. In completing the questionnaire you are requested to give careful consideration to the degree to which of each of the statements is true and place a value against each of the questions on the questionnaire.
