You will receive a personal Profile of the results. A team profile will also be produced which will show the profile of the managers overall. If you have any problems in completing this questionnaire please contact us.
Please answer the questions in the light of your current role. Spend a little time on each question assessing how you truly believe you act and behave. In completing the questionnaire give consideration to the degree to which of each of the statements is true and place a score against each of the questions on the attached questionnaire. Use the Comments space as you wish to support or expand on your scoring.

Be careful when using the scroll wheel on your mouse. The scroll wheel will change the

Filling in the scores
