Contracting Tool - Facilitator’s Contract with the Group
There is never an implicit contract between a facilitator and the group in the same way as there is with a trainer or consultant, so it is essential that the Facilitator and the group agree the level of intervention that the facilitator will adopt. Within this contract framework the facilitator will adjust their style to suit the situation.
